This website is operated by Source Elevate, LLC, DBA The Elevated Humidor. The Elevated Humidor offers this website, including all services, tools, offers, and information available from this website to you upon your acceptance of the below terms and conditions, policies, and notices stated herein.

Shipping Policy

All orders placed before 2:30pm, Monday to Friday will ship within two-three business days to allow time for handling unless otherwise stated. 

USPS does not consider the day the order was shipped as one of the travel days, nor do they include weekends or holidays. 


Shipping Charges 

  • USPS Standard - $4.75

  • USPS Priority - $9.99 (FREE with a Purchase over $150.)

  • Heavy items or large quantity orderes may be subject to an additional charge.

Due to policies in place within their respective states, The Elevated Humidor does not ship to Utah-UT. 
Additionally, The Elevated Humidor does not ship flavored tobacco to Massachusetts MA.

Please Note: USPS are seeing intermittent delays, therefore we ask that you give your packages an extra day or two. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number.

Product Damage(s)

Source Elevate, LLC. DBA The Elevated Humidor is not liable for any damage, loss, or theft of shipped items. If your order was damaged in transport, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

The buyer agrees that shipping tobacco products to the state in which they reside is legal, and is responsible for any taxes, levies, and fees that may be charged, or applied by any government or entity. Seizure or loss will not be covered by Source Elevate, LLC. DBA The Elevated Humidor.

Return & Refund Policy


All returned items must be pre-approved with authorization by email. All returns must be in the original packaging and "new" condition as all merchandise shipped from our site leaves here in perfect condition. All gift items must be included together with the returned items. If the gift item is not included in the return, it's value will be deducted from the credit for the returned item. In the unlikely event that you should doubt the quality of an item, you must notify us within 72 hours of receiving the merchandise to obtain a written return Authorization Number. Merchandise that will be returned or refused without authorization, will be subject to 50% restocking fee or $15 whichever is more.


Items note available for return:

  • Butane

  • Lighters

  • Limited-edition items

  • Cigars 

Once you have obtained an Authorization Number, you should mark it clearly on the package next to the address label. All returns will be reviewed and subjected to applicable restocking fee and shipping charge as all returns cannot be resold.


Buyers remorse is not accepted for any returns.


All The Elevated Humidor orders are automatically processed by our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as possible. During this process, we incur irreversible fees as part of the shipping process, and as such, we are unfortunately unable to cancel orders free of charge.


All orders that are cancelled before shipping has occurred, will be assessed a 7% cancellation fee (or a minimum of $10) before any credit is issued. An order will not be considered for cancellation after it has shipped. It will be treated as a return with all applicable fees.




We take quality control very seriously. All the cigars we ship are shipped either in sealed boxes or, in case of single sticks or 5-packs, in properly sealed bags. The majority of cigars in our samplers, cigar of the month, and subscription boxes are super-premium cigars and we do everything to guarantee freshness upon arrival.

All the cigars are packed in humidity sealed-in zip-loc with patented WATER-PILLOW packets inside the package to guarantee freshness.
